· $35 per person a month - Provides basic food items like bread, milk, cereals,
eggs, snacks, pastas, noodles or rice, ready meals, toiletries to help someone
get through a tough time, additional fruits and vegetables will also provide
depending on the supply, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet for people.
